Year End Review

Busy mode activated.

When I said I am busy.. I am REALLY busy hahaa.

Bulan ni ke seluruh Malaysia n Singapore. Aaaaa.

Anyway, it is time for me to do year end review. I like it because it shows that I am near to get bonus and increment! But I really hate it coz need to write flowery lines just to show that you are doing good. Hell I hate it. Especially your reviewer is not the person who works with u. So how can she knows what I have been doing so far?

Plus, im not a good talker...or writer...I always believe in action.

10 Things I wanna Do Before Getting Married!

1. Buy a decent house for our nest. For a start maybe i want to have an apartment. This is my dream.

Rumah tu kalau boleh nak ada balcony, walk-in wardrobe, swimming pool, gym, dry and wet kitchen. I'm so gonna furnish my house like a resort :)

2. Pegi umah bakal MIL dan belajar masak sume masakan kegemaran dia

3. Another holiday with my family and his family - after kawen pon ok :)

4. Holiday with besties - CHECKED

5. Khatam at least satu buku tentang menjadi isteri solehah and parenting

6. Khatam al-quran one more time

7. Lose weight! At least 10kg! I know I can...its just that I do not have any motivation to do so hahaha

8. mintak maaf ampun banyak2 kat my parents before they hand over me to him

9. open a business

10. Try brazillian waxing at least once! ahahahah. ok.TMI!

Stress Reliever

Today was a very bad day to me.

Early in the morning I had a fight with my bf.

Then I have more and more probs

Got some bad news

Small small things also ended up not went well as I expected.. :(

My pahala for fasting today was closed to zero I guess. Coz I keep on swearing (in my heart).

Anyway....I want to make a change. I dont want myself to attract more and more negative aura. Yes...I believe in law of attraction.

So I decided to go to Alamanda..and get my sushi fixed. I went alone! And I enjoyed that. Seriously. Coz I dont need to share my portion with anyone else! All is mine hahahaa.

Then, went to solat and at first I planned to do pedicure..then I think again..manicure is just one time quick solution..so I need more.

Then, without any plan I went to MPH and bought 2 books.

A New Earth "Create A Better Life" by Tolle. It is actually one of Book Oprah's Club. The other book I bought is "Panduan Lengkap Solat Sunat".

I saw it the first time, and I bought it without thinking much longer.

Why?

The description at the back of the book really suits me.

"In today's rush we all think too much, seek too much, want too much and forget the joy of just being. We worry about what ppl think of us, we compare oursleves with our friends, our family, and neighbours, and deep down we worry we're not good enough"

Well written! The book is for me. It was the first book I touched! (Maybe because the cover in purple hahaa).

Yes...actually I am thinking too much...Thinking on thing that haven't occured yet until I couldn't sleep. Anxiety of not being good enough. This really hurts my relationship with my bf, family and Allah. Coz I never grateful of what I have and ending up being STRESSful because I never enjoy the things that I have right now.

Hopefully this book taught me some lessons :)

Remember we never stop learning.

P/S: Never afraid to invest some money on books. Apart of u can claim for tax relief, you will always learn new thing even u read the same book over and over again. Believe me :)

This and that...

Tonite suddenly im feeling like updating my blog while doing my work. But dont have any idea.
Just go thru some pics and put here..i have camera but charger left at my parents house T.T

Last weekend was awesome! Perfect combination of girlfriends + shopping + eating.

Shopping at Pavi..mostly my bf's things. Feel so good to see him happy :) I did my shopping with my girls in Timesquare the day before. Bliss!

My bf forced me to cut down my addiction to jco donut to 2 pcs only. T.T

I super like glazy, green tea and durian.

And....Jco yogurt ice cream is the best eva! I finished most of the serving and took the sample twice! hahaaha.

This is my messy workstation at home. What I love about working with Shell is the flexibility.

A lot of my colleagues working from home. I will try my best to work from home whenever possible, and on fridays at least.

My first official IT project was successfully Go Live, so we received recognition. I like this pic coz for the first time i look very small in the pic haahahaha. Oh yess..im the only lady and malay in my team :P

Work is good so far, but i found myself not at a very high spirit compared to few months before. Project go live defer few days, one of the factor coz i will be away for krabi trip T.T

Anyway, I really need to find my spirit and deliver more.

On another note, soooo sorry to anyone who emailed me. I got more than 15emails asking about career and recruitment. Will get back to that.

And and and...im so happy that Shell 6 UTP students will be hired this time round. And more to come. I am so happy as part of Shell Ambassador. I do not get anything in return but I always believe "bila kita tolong tunjuk jalan untuk rezeki, insyaAllah Allah akan murahkan rezeki".

I know my help is very very minimum but I am very passionate to live one's dreams coz I used to be in their shoes before :)

I miss this...

I used to hate my convo. Too tired... Too hot...Got accident...

But I think I miss it...

Even though I hate my convo,when I browsed thru the pics...it was indeed a very good memory :) I never regret that I booked 2 suites, spent sleepless nite with Mira, hired makeup artist and forced my BFF to take my pics using his DSLR!

Anyway, last week I went to Terengganu to attend Nisah's wedding.

It was like a dream when i see both of them in wedding dress. We used to hang out as couples.

Ohhh one down. Who's next? ahahhaa.

I had weird dreams couple of times.

Its either im suddenly in my own wedding but try to escape...or in my wedding but crying dont want to get married..or in wedding but im thinking to cancel it haahhaa.

Did my sub concious mind try to convince me that I'm not ready to tie knot? ahahha.

yeah...i'm very afraid to move our relationship to the next level. Very scared of losing what I have right now. I am so comfortable with my relationship rite now.

Anyway, my parents started to survey the budget of a wedding. just now he called me and said rm27k. Haih, i dont have that saving even for 1% of the amount T.T

*owh nvm, not that i want to get married anytime soon, not within 1 year at least*

PS. last week went to terengganu, this week penang, next week jb! Cant wait for the trip!

Lama betul tak update blog. Idea mencurah2 tapi takde masa. Malam je ada meeting :(
Anyway...Congrats to Mus and Dayah. Lovely couple :) Peer pressure tak kawan2 yang sama2 couple masa kat UTP dulu? haahhaa.

Anyway, mcm kat blog Peah pon, ramai yg tanya bila nak kawen. Same goes to me. Sometimes I really like to answer that, sometimes i feel it very annoying. And believe it or not, even my parents never ask or mention a word about my marriage! They expect me to get married late, just like them :P

I love weddings. Always. I believe most of the girls too.
However I really dream of an intimate wedding. Just max about 300pax. Simple.
I really love to have wedding without "hantaran" or "pelamin" too.
Just dream...nak kena kejar dgn mama ayah? ahahaha. Relatives pulak pressing suruh buat fancy2. I know I cant be influenced by them (buat apa nak fulfill their unachieved dream..jahat tak). Heloooo my money ok! Hard money I earned from working days and night! haahhaa. Tapi of coz my parents ada high expectation :(

Eh xleh cakap busy. hahaahaha.

Semua pon tgh busy. Berkumandang kat blog, fb, etc.

Yela...sume pon baru grad, fresh, executive muda, pekerja harapan, so mmg kene drainla.

:) its good to be busy and learn a lot of things while u r young.

Kadang2 terasa agak loser bila ada org come to me and cakap, "Wow busy giler ko rahmah"

ehem. rasa mcm loser. haahaha.

Busy ada 3 kategori

Pura2 busy - sbb nanti tkot boss bg keje byk, so wat2la busy. bukak words doc, excel sheet, bukak email, salin ape ntah kat notebook. Padahal xde wat pape je. Ni mmg sgt memenatkan.

Busy - Masa dipenuhi dgn wat keje tapi masih tak drag sampai tgh malam

Mmg busy - Bangun siap2 sume trus g keje. Lunch pun xsempat. Sedar2 kat opis dah xde org or tiba2 je dah kol 9.30pm. Balik pun sbb terpaksa balik. Kat umah wat keje lagi. Pastu tido. And ulang2.

Tapi definisi busy mmg berlainan sbb ikut kemampuan org. Kita tahu org tu mmg busy tapi relax je. Balance je. Tak stress pon. Tapi busy.

Certain org 24-7 bgtaw die bz gila padahal kol 6pm or b4 dat dah balik, kat umah lepak2.

So ikut taste org la. Tak salah pun tak busy, xsalah pun busy.

Selalu dapat email org tanya pasal Shell, pasal herbalife, pasal hidup. Seminggu sure ade atlis 3-4 email. Thx!!! hepi to help and keep the emails coming :)

N i got this question bila ada sorang nak tanya tips interview tapi i replied boleh tapi afta 10pm.
Afta 10pm pon tak balik keje. N dia tanya keje kat shell mcm tu ke? everytime pon dgr balik lambat (ehem. kol 10 awal lagi hehe)

I replied "how busy or how deep u want in the job it really depends on u, mcm blaja gak kalo nak smthng kena effort lebih (walau kdg2 tak menjadi) tapi believe in effort to aim smthng. U take charge of ur career. How far u want to go"

Jgn takut, mcm company lain Shell mmg sgt amek berat work life balance. Tapi how balance u want it really up to u.

For myself i dun mind working very late as long the environment is very positive, no office politics, got all the supports needed, challenging work. I prefer to be busy.

Bercakap pasal busy, I am thankful i found herbalife! Tak payah pk nak carik makanan. Mmg energetic even u keje sampai kol 2am. Mmg kenyang until lunch hour. kalo my supply dah abes mmg akan bad mood sbb pagi2 bgn nak pikir keje yg kene setel. Pastu nak pikir nak makan ape lagi. Hehehe. Sekarang wat shake tak sampai 3 minit, minum dlm kete n u ready to go!

Paling penting, sarapan sihat!!!
